Shipping/Returns

Shipping: Retail Items are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS, Priority Flat Rate Shipping.

Returns/Exchanges: Exchanges of clothing annd accessories are accepted within 10 days of receiving shipment. There are NO refunds or exchanges on sales of hair extensions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Returned items in it's original condition along with tags, can be exchanged for another item or credit value for future purchase. There are NO credit/cash refunds given. All sale items are Final sales with no return.
